Groups that fill their entire block will receive a refund of 20% of their registration costs after the conference.
Registrations are non-refundable.
Substitutions accepted until September 19th without penalty. From September 20-29th, any substitution will be charged $20 for each substitution. Groups unable to fill 80% of their commitment by the start of the conference will be charged $20 per no show. (Example: A group of 10 must fill a minimum of 8 spots. If the group only secures 6 participants, $40 will be charged to the group organizer)
